Jess is the owner of FlowZone Performance Coaching, as well as a freeride skier, mountain biker, hiker, and bagel lover. Miranda is a passionate strength and conditioning coach living and playing in the mountains of Utah. In 2022, left her "dream job" as an exercise physiologist to dive deeper into what she loves, coaching others to confidently enjoy mountain sports and discover their best selves. Christina Bonnyman, Sea to Sky Fit

Christina is a fitness coach who firmly believes in the power of being outside and celebrating our bodies for what they can DO, not what they look like. Christina comes from a place of hating her body, using exercise as a form of punishment, and constantly striving for weight loss, to now exercising as a way of celebrating her body and what it can accomplish. She uses strength and endurance to travel further into the mountains and explore as much as she possibly can, and wants the same for her clients. Christina has been a coach for five years, and her absolute favorite part is witnessing her clients find confidence and strength in themselves that they never knew existed. Ellyn Halley

Ellyn is a chiropractor, doula, and strength coach. Her mission is to guide women through their unique health + wellness journeys, offering support for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Ellyn is passionate about helping women advocate for themselves and empowering them to pursue their goals through all of life's transitions. She offers customized fitness programming, paired with pelvic health rehab and nutrition guidance, and loves helping women who have outdoorsy goals, such as running that 25k trail race after having a baby, or hiking through the Tetons without pelvic health concerns.
